I’m having similar problems with the Genesis brand as well. I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for a withdrawal to get processed now and my account is fully verified. Live chat keeps telling me they’ve had so many withdrawal requests and the payments department can’t keep up…. I’ve never heard so much nonsense in all my life. They even have the cheek to charge you 2.5% per withdrawals. I’ll not be depositing another penny after this withdrawal finally gets processed. Good luck with yours.
