All deposit and play history from last week was missing. Support also claimed that i had not been playing since 30.04 and no deposits and no withdrawal.so my withdrawal where gone they lost it i have receips from my deposits but since i deposit from visa to crypto to site .they dont show name so only prof i have are an e mail they sendt me that they had given me cashback on 3th of mai. Support confirms they sendt that mail but still claims that there have been no movement on my account since 30.04. Its not a big withdrawal but when i lose money i prefer to lose them myself.so a big warning to all.dont play on Koi casino Link to comment
