I deposited on the 26th March, completed wagering on the and requested a £400 withdrawal on the 27th March. Given reviews of slightly slower payouts compared to the Leovegas's and Pokerstars, I was expecting a delay of a few days, but not 30+... Since then, the withdrawal has been pending. I sent off my verification documents on the 1st April to potentially speed the process up, but have not been getting anywhere. Live support/phone is nonexistent, as you can only communicate via email, and they keep on saying that they are waiting to hear back about my verification (complaints team that I escalated the issue to). It's now been over a week since my last response, and I've decided to escalate this to IBAS. Has anyone else had to wait this long for any of the genesis branded casinos for a withdrawal? It's not as if it's a large withdrawal either... I've never had any issues with any other sites, and get verified within 24 hours of sending the documents in. Link to comment
