So unibet have closed my account and winnings because my cousin transfer me my money into my bank then I deposited into unibet,the 3rd party had nothing to do with me gambling

Looks like you have breached unibets terms and conditions and as such closed your account. 

Usually terms and conditions will state you must fund the account yourself. Did your cousin use their card to deposit? The other issue may have arisen if you showed banking details clearly showing money used was from your cousin.

As the email states you should look at an ADR or dispute as these can be very helpful.

Unless I've misread, you say your cousin sent money to your bank but I don't get it, if your cousin sent money to your bank and then you deposited with your own card, how can they possibly know your cousin gave you the money unless you tell them or they asked you to do a source of wealth check and saw it themselves. If none of these outcomes are the case, then from what they say "using a third party payment method" sounds like you've actually used their card to deposit, which is a big no no for any legit site I'm sure
