Reminded them several times to keep my accounts closed and excluded whilst I already had the affirmation I'm permanently excluded. I email dozen of casino's because of gambling addiction. Drueckglueck opened my old account and accepted a deposit. First they stated I', permanently excluded , then say I have to fill in manually to log in and choose the time period frame and say they didn't know of my gambling problems.....
