I tried to self-exclude on Caxino, but the wouldn't self-exclude even when asked mutiple times to self-exclude across the whole brand (Rootz Ltd.) and only closed the account eventhough I repeated to them I didn't want to closure but the self exclusion. Now I lost more and more, Wheelz support just said with so much easy that' it's my responsibility and shouldve mentioned a ''gambling problem''. Apparantly they don't care as much about their clients.. eventhough their Responsible gaming page states :An i ndefenite self-exclusion is available to you at any time!
They haven''t earned my respect!
