So I deposited £94 - 20/12/2020 managed to withdraw £270, straight after was verification sent to my email which I had no problem about.

Documents sent:
Bank statement (proof of address)
ID - UK provisional driving licence front & back
Skrill screenshot in my settings with address, phone number & verified status etc.
BT sport account statement (proof of address)
Visa debit front & back card #1
Visa debit front & back card #2    (wasn't signed so resent this back in)

They advised me to wait 24 hours, then 48 hours after sent new documents in, it's been a total of 96 hours approaching and we ain't any closer all I keep getting advised to wait another 48 hours? it's looking like a railroad, I do trust this brand however they are actually taking the piss when it comes to verification.

What's funny is the documents that they WONT accept which was my bank statement as proof of address & my skrill screenshot, however other brands in the L&L group such as hypercasino, racecasino.

I managed to deposit on hypercasino also the same day and I am verified there and they had paid the £500 they sent me that night I have no idea why casinocasino is taking ages any help pls :)

I've never had any issues regarding verification or withdrawals in my 10 years online gaming or never waited 48 hours + for a withdrawal or verification to be done it's a shame as this brand I do like I just don't know what they are doing :D

fuck them however I SENT them this link all of a sudden the withdrawal was processed 3 hours later magic that right?

funny that also because they said to me in full detail:
They won't release a withdrawal until your account is fully verified so the link worked haha.

@ryans_slots i am happy it all worked out for you, but a shame it has to be like this to get the withdrawel. Maybe they should add this to their current slogan "casinocasino- double the fun" & double verification

I can also add to this that i had same experience with another L&L casino (yakocasino) earlier this year, had made withdrawel previously. When they for the second time asked me to send all my documents, that i have send and they had confirmed one time already. Two days later my withdrawel was completed, but still to this date my account is still saying "not veryfied"

My account says verified they just like me to verify with every withdrawal. I queried this with fun casino support and they said it's because they want to make sure all information is up to date.
