Hello,

So on the 24/11, i was playing @ VIP Blackjack on Evolution Gaming's tables.
After winning my hand (+$200), i'm betting $100. My bet got rejected but they took (2x$100) like they tried to force the bet twice as you can see in the video, the "Bet Rejected" message got displayed twice.

So i contacted Evolution, they told me to contact my casino (Stake.com).
Evolution told that the bet got rejected to Stake BUT Stake can't do anything since i'm playing on a 3rd party provider.

 

The fact is: Evolution told that my bet got rejected, i have a video proof, and if we multiply all the bets since my deposit, Stake will see that i'm in profit so my bet can't be rejected because i have enough money, and since i didn't withdrew, there is no way that my money just disappeared.

Stake have access to my logs, but they refuse to check them.

 

Notice that i sent my video proof to Stake, and they told me that they can't trust the balance displayed by a 3rd party provider like Evolution.

I have had a lot of experience dealing with the team at Stake. If you view any of my past posts I am super critical of casinos and their behavior. That is not the case with Stake, however. Actually, it’s to the contrary, I believe they have always leaned to the side of the player in grey areas. If it is something on their end, then I can assure you that they will make good on it 

 

I have seen many posts about issues with bets being rejected while playing on Evolution. I’m not sure how things ended up working out, but I’m sure someone will come along who can help

Evolution games have been glitching alot these days, I'd advice anyone to always play while recording, because otherwise they will never believe you.

I'd also advice you to stay away from casinos like Stake, Roobet... Because they're nothing more than ponzi schemes, if you win big they will do anything not to pay you. Always play on casinos that are well established in the industry and regulated.

I have played on both and had instant cashouts on both sites. 1 of the cashouts was $130,000 and it was absolutely instant. I have never had an issue on either with regards to cashouts. I have never met anyone who has had a problem cashing out on stake specifically, and I know many who have cashed out well over 100k usd in one shot

You started a thread criticising roobet for bad RTPs and slow payouts to you and your freinds and also roobet banned your account because of that post ?

Yeah sure, post the withdrawal hash to confirm what you're saying. Because as far as I know, a lot of people had a lot of problems cashing out big amounts, some got their accounts banned, some were literally scammed.

Correct. I know people on Roobet who have received slow payouts. I’m not a fan of them. In their defense, I’ve never known anyone to not receive a payout - even if it was slow. I never said they didn’t pay out. They do. They have had issues capping people at 20k/week in the past. That’s likely better than anywhere you can play though. Their RTP is crap
 

As for Stake, I’ve never heard of even a slow payout from a single player

Okay - I did it in two withdrawals. One of 95k and one of 30k and some various others around 10k over the next few days but these were back to back

Like I said - I think Roobet is a trash site for a variety of reasons and I do know people who they have capped cashouts (but never denied them) and even those capped cashouts probably exceed almost every “trusted casino”  As for stake, I am aware that above a certain amount, around 30k, has to be approved by management. It usually takes less than an hour or two to get approved. 
 

I think you’re lying and now that I’ve laid out my proof to back up what I have said. I would love to see yours.

The hashes you provided have no trace of any 95k or 30k transaction. 

Plus in one of them, one of the addresses the money was sent to, has  a balance of around $200 million. Yep 200 million dollars.

Just for an even argument, I've had nothing but mostly positive experiences from Roobet.

Withdrawals have always been instant for me. But BTC confirmations can take time. It's always shown as Pending in my Coinbase account within 5 minutes.

I had to wait a couple of hours today for the confirmations but went through eventually. (Normally less than 20 mins).

And never had any verifications either, cashouts have ranged from $2k - $26k.

Glad you have mentioned the RTP as I've seen a few people complain about it, so I'll be more conscious of that.
