NB: Video Proof - Hello, So on the 24/11, i was playing @ VIP Blackjack on Evolution Gaming's tables. After winning my hand (+$200), i'm betting $100. My bet got rejected but they took (2x$100) like they tried to force the bet twice as you can see in the video, the "Bet Rejected" message got displayed twice. So i contacted Evolution, they told me to contact my casino (Stake.com). Evolution told that the bet got rejected to Stake BUT Stake can't do anything since i'm playing on a 3rd party provider. The fact is: Evolution told that my bet got rejected, i have a video proof, and if we multiply all the bets since my deposit, Stake will see that i'm in profit so my bet can't be rejected because i have enough money, and since i didn't withdrew, there is no way that my money just disappeared. Stake have access to my logs, but they refuse to check them. Notice that i sent my video proof to Stake, and they told me that they can't trust the balance displayed by a 3rd party provider like Evolution. Greetings.
