Leovegas stalling on documents

Well not having much luck with this casino leovagas was good in the beginning then started to ask for this document that document 

Payslips *3

Bank card

Driving licence 

Passport 

Proof of address

Copy of my employment contract

Then further down the line another copy of my bank card 

3 months payslips again 

3 months bank statements 

Feel like I've been audited tried talking to customer support pretty sure it's a badly tuned robot with different names lol sames questions same answers left time slots and dates for call back which never happened git message saying sorry forgot great support leovagas truly first class support my issue still not resolved account under review now from what the robot said good job I've no winnings hanging in the balance could kiss them goodbye has anyone else experienced poor treatment like me from a once great casino I've told my friends to leave the site or avoid let's see if leovagas can shine any light on this

This document proofing is getting more ridiculous all the time. Everybody knows it's bullshit and it has nothing to do with actualy proofing anything. They can see it immediately from few documents if this person is legit or not. But some casinos declines these documents constantly just to avoid payments and making players to tilt. You can ask, why don't they ask the documents before the deposits?

Nowadays casinos feel more unsecure from player point of view than few years ago because of this shit. And what MGA do about it? Nothing. Personally I've always registered to new casino through Trustly, and let me tell you, they get ALL the needed information and proof if you've registered through Trustly. There are still few good casinos that you can register via Trustly and you're ready to go. You can withdraw up to 100k in few seconds if you happen to win. There's absolutely no sense to play anywhere else.

I have closed all these casinos that made my life difficult when withdrawing money. Immediately. These casinos are just stupid. They lose money. They probably think when the player can't withdraw the money they win, but it's opposite.

I'm just thinking whether this is a result of online casino business is going worse and worse?

Yeah had the same issue, They basically wanted verification documents 5 times in 4 months,  I was in a very nice profit on this Casino with a good few DOA2 wins, But everytime i needed to do large/or multiple cashouts the verification starts all over again, They say it's to do with responsible gambling but i believe it's just harrasing profitable players to try and get them to willingly not play there anymore, I was grinding DOA2 a minimum 12 hours per day, Had a terrible streak of about 6 weeks of just losing 1000's, They had no issue with the amount of time i was playing when losing, As soon as i hit 4 wildlines in 6 days (got all my losses back with a tidy profit too) the verification starts up again, then answering questions because they are concerned how many hours im playing, then not being able to login,  getting the run around, then another verification 2 weeks later, then more documents 2 weeks after that, It's just a never ending circle once they start this request for wage slips, bank statements, source of wealth.

I just won 15k (never had this kind of luck in my life) and especially for that reason I closed ALL shitty casinos with any weird terms or verification process. If I play and lose money in online casino, I wanna lose it to the casino that is fair for the players.

It’s getting worse and worse. I was just dragged through the ringer for a $800 withdrawal. It dragged on for weeks. I ended up squandering the funds and closing the account. They would have made 1000’s off me in the long run had they kept me happy. I would have been back to play more and more.
