It's been 4-5 days and still unable has anyone else experienced this all they have all my required docs and my they escalated my case but still stuck waiting I live in Canada and my only withdrawal option was international Bank transfer where they requested my clearing number /bic /iban which I got directly from the bank so now I'm just waiting ty Quote Link to comment

Jambok Posted 10 January, 2022 Share Posted 10 January, 2022 Shouldn’t take a rep to sort these kind of problems they have let you deposit money so should let you withdraw no matter the amount if they aren’t happy on opening the account you shouldn’t be able to play or deposit till they have seen documents just casinos taking the piss you did that in a land based you would get a smack!
