Its now been one week not letting me cashout no one is emailing me from the support team so lame

Still unable to cashout

I tried to withdrawal from ultra 4500$ and it bounced back to my account now if I try to withdrawal money it just fails. It's been 4-5 days and still unable has anyone else experienced this all they have all my required docs and my they escalated my case but still stuck waiting I live in Canada and my only withdrawal option was international Bank transfer where they requested my clearing number /bic /iban which I got directly from the bank so now I'm just waiting ty
