Is anyone able to contact Pokerstars support? I've tried emailing and contact form, but heard nothing in a week. 

Basically I had a session on Pokerstars 2 weeks ago, the following day they emailed through customer protection, citing that they set my account to take a break for 1 week due to a long playing session. I never asked for them to do this, nor was I expecting this to happen. Now that the 1 week is up, I can't contact anyone in their support to re-instate the account.

I hope this automated taker a break is not something new that is going to happen any time I have a 12 hour session. Seems ridiculous, especially if you're taking part in one of their races, and it also undermines the time restriction on collecting chests for the customer loyalty bonus.
