cabzla Posted 17 September, 2020 Posted 17 September, 2020 So i decided to try a new Casino in CG...went with ultracasino deposited 200 got Up to 4 k wanted to make a withdraw when i click in cashier withdrawal Option i need to verify my Email now i dont recive those E-Mails the Others i get ( Chat Support Script etc) unless i get that Pin Code to unluck my withdrawal Option i cant withdraw any Funds Chat has not realy been hellfull only that they forwarded this issue...i mean comeon how the fuck is this possible and i am a lil bit disapointed how Long this Problem now remains. Not to mention my Balance went to 2k than i found with the Chat the Loss limit. Anyone Else having this issue to verify Thier e-mail also getting that damn pin send? I am using Gmail and yes i checked Spam and the Others
joeymontana2001 Posted 24 September, 2020 Posted 24 September, 2020 i havent had that issu but i have deposited 10K over the past week on ultra and now that i got my balance to 30K and am trying to withdraw they are taking ages to verify my accounts documents and wont give me a timeline other than "we are doing it as fast as we can sorry"

If that is true i would recommend after you have done this cashout (hopefully) then stop gambling, sound to me like you are having a serious addition. I had a 3000€ cashout pending for almost 10 days, and guess what i just waited and got all the money. Don't really see why it should be tempting to gamble it all away, just make a new deposit on another site if you feel like you want to play and then be happy about this win
