slotsofun Posted 12 May, 2020 Share Posted 12 May, 2020 I was playing on these sites right up until March this year. Then suddenly my accounts are restricted and lifetime exclusions. Now, I self excluded on some sites in January, however left these 2 open. So if I self excluded on a sister site (which is probably the reason these have been blocked now) in January, why was Calzone and Dunder allowing me to deposit for 2 months and also sending me daily emails with promotions? Do I have a case here to claim back all my deposits if they were made under false pretences in that had a withdrawal been requested by me during these 2 months, my accounts would have been closed and all funds forfeited? Because seems to me that this was the case. Failure on Dunder and Calzone's part to update player database with exclusion details. Link to comment
slotsofun Posted 12 May, 2020 Author Share Posted 12 May, 2020 Further update, Calzone has tried to change their excuse saying my accounts were closed due to multiple accounts over their network of casinos. I can assure you that on all their linked casinos (Dunder, Rizk, Calzone and Highroller which is now not in UK) that I had 1 account on each all with same email address used and all with same name (only variation in first name for Chris/Christopher). I was also account and KYC verified on all the sites. So......they are trying to lie to me or what? Link to comment
