CasinoCalzone issue with verification of virtual credit card

Hello Casinogrounds. 

I was wondering, I have been in to an issue that happend 9 months ago with the same casino aswell wich they (declined my virtual credit card screenshot a several times) and after all they approved my withdrawal without accepting that document. Now I came in to the same issue. after telling them that I have no other solution then this.

My bank opperate as a mobile application and there is no other way to login on to it by phone. Now I have again send in a screenshot of the virtual card details but the live support already said that it has a big chance it won't be accepted. I want to make a withdrawal to my bankaccount as I made a deposit with a prepaidcard the hole virtual card is not involved in this withdrawal but they bring this up bevause it happend 9 months ago. 

To remember I did not made a deposit recent with this card as I made a different deposit.

I'm aware that after that issue i won't ever use that card to deposit. But now that I'm not able to cashout my winnings from a casino where I always have been playing and confirming my withdrawal after the hole issue 9 months ago there shouldn't be any problems.

They even had my bankstatement and payment screenshot of the transaction that time wich I made with the virtual card that's linked with my bankaccount but because you don't see the virtual card details it's not enough . I did not know that time I couldn't withdrawal back to a mastercard.

I want to ask if anybody else came to this issue and how to solve it as you can't be able to get a paper for your virtual card details. Because this hole virtual card thing needs to be destroyed from this casino 

Support said worst case scenario is that they don't need the card details after all but then it can take a while? So they basicly throw you in to a hole and you need to wait when you can be picked out that they process my withdrawal.

I just want to solve the hole virtual card thing that never need to be mention again when it comes to making a withdrawal. Also I wanna share my experience what can happen when you make a deposits with virtual cards / digital banking apps only. 

 I'll update when I have new details what's going to happen!

Oké lol, I just been this stupid to not find a small tab where I'm able to print a bankstatement wich shows also the virtual card details, but only THA last 4 digits so I hope it's enough!
