NeWbZs Posted 21 December, 2019 Share Posted 21 December, 2019 Hi, I am getting many spam emails from 21.com while i am currently taking a break. I think this shoud not be done by a casino like 21.com. Also i am pretty sure this is not allowed to do. Link to comment
Alex_21com Posted 21 December, 2019 Share Posted 21 December, 2019 Hi @NeWbZs Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. This mail is not coming from 21.com, it is coming from a 3rd party company. I have sent you a PM with information that I would need from you, so we can contact them and ask them to remove you from their database. Have a great Saturday meanwhile. Kind regards, Alex Link to comment
copyyzz Posted 21 December, 2019 Share Posted 21 December, 2019 I mean by looking at the email you can tell that its not 21casino , easiest way to fix this - right click - block. Link to comment
pausefisk Posted 21 December, 2019 Share Posted 21 December, 2019 This is a result from the whole affiliate model used by many casinos, keepting those spammers active every time. It's a hate, and i advice all people to block the casinos that works with 3rd part companies that doesnt respect the GDRP rules. Link to comment
NeWbZs Posted 22 December, 2019 Author Share Posted 22 December, 2019 its indeed not 21.cmo themselfs, but the link goed to there casino. 21.com contacted me and they are taking actions. I think the problem is resolved this way. Link to comment

geggs1 Posted 26 December, 2019 Share Posted 26 December, 2019 Why would people even play at this casino. It takes weeks to get verified and emails never get responses. Blows my mind how these casinos even survive. Link to comment
Nicola Posted 26 December, 2019 Share Posted 26 December, 2019 Now we know the individual affiliate behind the spam, @Alex_21com can take action affid=716 Link to comment
Alex_21com Posted 27 December, 2019 Share Posted 27 December, 2019 Hi all, I have contacted the affiliate once again to have them remove @NeWbZs from their database, and to not use this content since it is incorrect. I also let them know that we do not accept spam of any kind. Just for clarification, we do not provide any kind of player databases to any affiliate, and they can therefor not know if a player is self-excluded or not. We make sure from our end that all partners are compliant with GDPR, so in almost all cases the reason you receive an unwanted mail is because you are in their database, opted in from somewhere else. NeWbZs Posted 28 December, 2019 Author Share Posted 28 December, 2019 So guess what happened this morning? Kind regards, Alex I do belief that 21.com doesn’t give away my email but I NEVER gave my email to spammers that mail me multiple times a day. These affiliates do NOT complaint with GDPR and are clearly breaking rules. It looks like 21.com doesn’t care because there is a lot of money involved. 21.com should take responsibility and stop working with these kind of spammers. If you want to be a big boy casino you cant use these guerilla marketing BS. Furthermore casinogrounds.com should not promote a casino which has this many complaints on this forum. Link to comment
pausefisk Posted 28 December, 2019 Share Posted 28 December, 2019 Unless they terminate the Affiliate deal, this will never stop. Money talks, but if the casino want a long term reputation they should act without any hesitation. i myselfe am a customer of many casinos, but 21.com is one of those i’ve put on my banned list because of their deal of aggressive 3rd part affiliates. I think it’s important to let them know they also miss out on customers by not having good enough control. i also believe my contact info has not been shared by any casino, but these dirty affiliates somhow manage to Get IT anyway, and Even if 21.com manage to Get you removed from their marketing, the 3rd party will store your info for the next affiliate deal they get. only banning the 3rd party affiliate whos not GDPR compliant 100%, might hjelp, but few casinos have the balls to do it. this was more a general respond to this issue, i have to add that the complaint i’ve had on this matter to 21.com before has been handled very well from their side.
