Pink Casino/Leo Vegas Vanished Withdrawal

Hi guys,

I didn’t want my first post to be a complaint but unfortunately that’s the case!

 

i made a fairly big withdrawal from this casino last week after depositing £1k from PayPal. I cashed out and waited out the 48 hour reverse withdrawal period and received an email saying it had been processed.

i checked PayPal and strangely there was no sign of the money so I contacted support and told them and they confirmed they have sent the money and that it is PayPal’s Issue. I contacted PayPal who confirmed they have no trace of the transaction and that there certainly weren’t any issues on their end.

 

i have tried several times to contact Pink Casino/Leo Vegas but every time they just tell me they are investigating it, but won’t tell me exactly what they are doing about it.

 

has anyone else had issues recently withdrawing to PayPal from either of these sites? I’m beginning to worry that I have been scammed.

I don't think Leo would scam you here.

Assuming here that Leo did process this, but some data was amiss, the money will then be returned to Leovegas?

Check your account details, find out what withdrawal data they have for you and double check that all is correct.

Ask support for the withdrawal details and method (ie what account withdrawal was made to), tell them it has not been received and you need this info to chase the payment up.

Do not just give up, if this is all a legit withdrawal and win then it should be honored by leovegas,

I’ve been through this and they have provided me with the LeoVegas withdrawal confirmation but nothing with any PayPal references. I was withdrawing to the same PayPal I deposited from just a few days beforehand so it all seems a bit strange. LeoVegas are saying some of its users have been affected by this but won’t explain what the issue is. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same.

You should ask them to what method it was withdrawed including what paypal account details so as to double check where they sent the money.
