My withdrawal has been pending for nearly 1 month!!! Chat are completely useless and their finance department just don’t email back. I feel your pain. Whoever is the support representative who messaged above I can say with some certainty has zero idea of the level of distrust in their casino. cashinokris Posted 11 November, 2019 Share Posted 11 November, 2019 Just have to say that even though I had written of these winnings I did get an email this morning confirming my withdrawal as accepted. This by no means clears anything as the money is not in my bank but it does however (briefly) earn mr James a stay of execution in my eyes. I would much prefer to be told I had to wait 4 weeks for my withdrawal to be accepted than to keep being told 3-5 days however it is now accepted and I will update if/when it clears. Link to comment

Many more chats with supposed ‘help’ and still no better off until I came across someone called Benjamin from ‘help’ who then informed me that my banking details had not been verified (despite being told they was and notice they didn’t contact me it was me that had to chase them up AGAIN) and that I needed to submit (again) my account name my name my banks BIC number and my banks IBAN number but this time they all need to be on the same sheet (an official sheet from the bank screen shots and pictures are acceptable). This is something that neither my online or paper bank statement caters for. Upon special request though my bank has stated they are sending me something official through the post clarifying all banking details. SPECIAL MESSAGE TO THE REPRESENTATIVES OF MR JAMES - you keep putting needless and pointless obstacles in the way but I am not going away so just pay my 2k! Link to comment

If I wanted to be beaten while I was down I’d contact mr James ‘help’ section. A 500% deposit bonus is a great way for a gambler to increase playing time on a budget so no I didn’t google them prior to playing. Yes I have received my money it is cleared funds available in my bank account as of tonight (withdrawal date was the 18th of October 2019) Now to update on the rest of the story. Many of you will have seen my diary blog detailing chat transcripts and emails to and from the casino on another review site so I’ll try and keep this one as short but as accurate as I can. The lengths you have to go through to withdraw your winnings are very specific but hang in there. A call to your bank will be the first step you will need all the required information on 1 official document - (this is so important but will not be made clear to you until 3 weeks after initial withdraw when your account still is not verified)!! I found no issue from my bank to get this and the letter was received within 3 days. Once that letter was passed on to Mr James it took another 5 days to confirm the bank details. This now takes us to the 8/12/19 in my experience. The withdrawal payment was sent to my bank on the 13/12/19. This should have been the end of the story but no. I spoke to my bank (capital one) they said no such payment has been made and nothing was pending. I went back to Mr James and relayed that message and asked for proof the payment was made. 8 days of messages and phone calls with Mr James still showed no signs of payment or proof. A document was finally produced to me from Mr James on the 24/12/19 this turned out to be nothing more than an in house confirmation of withdrawal and nothing I could go back to my bank with to find this payment. Another 2 weeks passes without receipt of payment and tonight I finally received from Mr James the transaction ID number of payment which my bank then located and credited the money. Brief summary The payment was in fact sent to the bank on the 13/12/19 and that should have then cleared but the bank withheld the money. Between the date of the 13/12/19 and today Mr James received a whole load of messages and phone calls from me including accusations of non payment and criticisms of their professionalism including their status as a genuine casino. I must add I was mostly very polite and a few occasions angry and frustrated. My assumption throughout all of this was that I had not received my money as it had not been sent and this, although viable, was wrong. I wish Mr James had provided the payment transaction ID 1 month ago when payment was made so I could have directed my frustrations towards my bank and not them. I don’t know why the bank withheld the money they wouldn’t say only that there was an issue. I must state to all concerned at Mr James I do regret some of the things I said on chat and in conversation I was frustrated at not receiving funds before Christmas time I deeply apologise for my accusations of non payment it was my bank that withheld the money and not you and for that I am sorry. and finally Is Mr James a serious casino - yes Can you withdraw and receive your winnings - yes could the process be improved - yes is it all a scam - no (in fact if you look at the timeframes Mr James were actually industry average on verification and payment times) Will I deposit again - absolutely a 500% bonus is fantastic and hopefully now I’m fully verified any withdrawals should be a lot quicker. my advice - play win/lose stick to the rules and if you withdraw GET THAT TRANSACTION ID!!!
