CythaZ Posted 8 September, 2019 Share Posted 8 September, 2019 Lapalingo is refusing my withdrawal because i am unable to verify my creditcard. The problem is however, that they are asking verification of a creditcard that has been expired on 06/2019. And the card has not been used in this transaction. Obviously i destroyed the card because it was expired and i since have a new one, which i did use for the deposit and already verified. I have asked the livechat multiple times but they just do not seem to understand nor are they willing to cooperate in any way. Has anyone else had an experience like this? And if so, what did you do to resolve the issue? At this point i really dont know what i can do anymore, execpt reverse the deposit through my bank, however thats a very difficult and long process. m3evil Posted 8 September, 2019 Share Posted 8 September, 2019 I had a similar thing.. I had made an verification to another casino via email.. used the old image and it worked out for me.. So if you have an old mail in your mailbox send that... Link to comment
