SlottyVegas declined 4700€ cashout

Hello 

I played at SlottyVegas and use the welcome Bonus.

I Managed to wager the bonus and i had 4700€.

After that the support ask me to send documents for the verification finally after 2 days they were accepted.

 

After recieving the verification email i got another one 2 minutes later that they wont cashout the money because i break against the rules and the balance got deleted and i had 0€.

They accusing me that i taken advantage of bonus funds because i made a bonus hunt but i stoped at 5 euro so we had still wager left.

After the bonus hunt i had around 100 euro after that i played normal then i got a massive win on 0.75 bet and i won nearly 4000€ and i had still over 1000 euro to wager. After hours i managed to complete the bonus.

And now my final question is is there any help i can get from the casinogrounds team because i dont won massive when i had the bonushunt and i stopped before the wagering was cleared.

Er, i'm no expert on this and won't be able to help you much. But if you're going to save a bunch of bonusses, i recommend always asking live support if that's allowed. Because i'm quite sure that's not something you can just do on every casino around.

Difficult one.

In my opinion, you did the right thing and had a balance left before you started to open the bonuses and continued with the wagering after the bonus hunt. Now, had you cleared the balance to zero and then played the saved bonuses, I can understand the casinos stance.

I personally think that you should get paid because whether you open the bonuses immediately or afterwards doesn't really matter proving you didn't clear the wagering.

We're talking about a casino here that had its UK license revoked by the UK Gambling Commission (they are in the process of appealing) so I wouldn't hold my breath getting your winning to be honest.

slottyvegas have lost their licence in the uk as they are a poor casino and have a reputation for various poor practices. Anything even close to a dispute and they are likely to try to withhold your money. Fight them for it and use the various arbitrators to do it.

There is your first mistake, playing at Slotty Vegas at all. They are an embarrassment to the industry and are currently appealing a licence revocation in the UK which I reckon they will lose.

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT DO BONUS HUNTS ON BONUS BALANCE, EVER!

On most casinos you'll find somewhere in T&C's that it's not allowed or casino can consider it as "Bonus abuse".

Also, unfortunately we cannot help you as we're not associated with that casino in any way. My best suggestion would be to contact streamers that advertise this casino.
