Cash out on calzone

I have being watching nick on YouTube so thought I would have a play on calzone and won big on jammin, great. I tried to cash out. Not great I have had many chats with different people from calzone now, all text they don't have a number you can call. I explained the only ID I have is my out of date passport, they said fine. Now it's not, there have being a few other issues as well, as anybody else had these problems?

I just find it strange you need ID for cash out, and not to lose. If I was getting on a plane then I would have valid ID. The date on a passport is for travel not casinos. If I walked into a casino with an out of date passport would they say you cant come in? I dont think so.

It's totally normal for casinos to ask for I.d. when you win. You could be some one who has self excluded yourself you could be using stolen funds ect. I'm surprised if they take your out of date passport. How do you not have any other forms of valid identification its 2019 lol

That's a good point but I never win normally, most of the people I have spoken to from there have being very good. So I will just sort the ID issue and play on, my main issue is people saying its sorted and then not being, and the fact the first person said it wouldn't be a problem, but I have being told there is no time limit for my cash out so I will just wait a few weeks for a passport or driving  licence.

Well it isnt actually milk that it goes bad when it expires  They can be flexible about it if they want, like they did when i went to bank with 2 day old passport. (without gun too ? )

I'm in the exact position I won £2700 on white rabbit massive hit on a 50p buy in bonus I've spent money on a new passport and just uploaded to verify the account I understand they need ID from you but I don't understand as to why I was allowed to cash out previous to this I actually won 750 on a welcome bonus and took that paid into my bank then won 200 and took that but when I won the 2700 blocked/restricted immediately they will not open the account again unless you provide the correct ID it's a long wait unfortunately
