Zims911 Posted 20 December, 2018 Share Posted 20 December, 2018 I did a withdraw from LuckyCasino a way back, after the verification it took a few days and i got the money. But this time is a totaly different storry. I won (6000nok), and wanted to withdraw, but for some reason i couldnt. There was a problem with my documentation (even though i upploaded all they asked for and was good enough first time i did a withdraw). I couldnt even request a withdraw now. Support found nothing wrong and said i should be able to withdraw. They forwarded it. Then after a few days i could suddenly upload the required document (back side of my Visa), and the withdraw was set to pending. After some time i got an email about document rejected, and my withdraw was set to ERROR, i cant even cancle it now.(even though all documents are listed as OK in my profile) Talked to support but no help, the only say i have to wait and they have forwarded it. But i hear nothing back, and support cant do anything. so now the money is locked under an error code, and no one can/will help me. This is so frustrating. Zims911 Posted 4 January, 2019 Author Share Posted 4 January, 2019 Its been over three weeks now, and still no respons. I chatted with support, and thy dont know what the problem is. They have forwarded it many times, but they hear nothing. Guess i just have to chat with them a few days every week and get them to forward it until i hear something. I asked them to transfer it back to my playing account, but That Was not possible. I dont give up, il keep this post uppdated. -zims- Link to comment

I deposited £100 and got a 100% bonus. I won on my cash balance and they tried to cap my winnings under the bonus terms even though I didn't encroach the bonus. IBAS found in my favour and they paid me. Link to comment
