Hi!

I have always played at Casumo and are what they called "VIP" i get 15% cashback on my loss deposit. I have the higesth levels and when i collect stones that take long time i get shitty things like 50 euro and maybe 10 freespins.

theese 3 months i deposit over 10.000 euro.

 

Can i change casino and get better bonuses? cachback?

15% cashback is really not a bad thing, depends if you get it cash or as a bonus with wagering.

 

However, you are still very lucky with that as there are not that many casinos out there offering any VIP treatment.

15% cashback is imo a very good deal. It might not feel like it when luck is not on one's side, but the casino is giving up quite a bit of its edge (if you play smart with it)

If you're unhappy with the amount of bonus/cashback you get, contact your manager and they might be able to set something new up for you. They are always up for suggestions regarding how you want to work out your deal

You have to be happy with it. I get nothing. I have reached level 180 several years ago. The only thing I get sometimes is  80% bonus
