Another SPAM recieved today, this time for @FrankFred Casino A quick search for this numbers gives you tons of feedback that is a "legend" in illegal spamming: https://www.180.no/varsel/nummer/59446055 I hope @FrankFred Casino will terminate this affiliates deal asap and void all comission. I'm gussing i will get another one within a few days from another casino.... there should be a blacklist register among all the casinos for as*** like this. Hi @pausefisk, I received the same messages from "Velkommen" regarding the last text you got in regards with Frank&Fred too.. ++ many more from the same idiot. I e-mailed my loyalty rep at Frank&Fred today regarding this and I'm currently awaiting a reply from them. Will let you know what they say. It's the same referral number as you got - so it's the same person behind all the texts. I wonder where he got my number from? Somehow one of these sites must have leaked it.. n0thing Posted 29 January, 2019 Share Posted 29 January, 2019 ..and now I received the same shit for VoodooDreams. Affiliate ID is same as pausefisk's spam message. Quote Link to comment

I'm afraid the only one who can do anything about this is the casinos. If they remove their comission they have no profit from sending these spam messages. The only "fight" we can give back is to block, close accounts and tell around that people should avoid playing on casinos that allows this to happen, as in the end, it is because of their affiliate program we recieve these SMS. 1 Quote Link to comment

We will contact the affiliate and have them stop the spam towards your number. In regards to the email not being received. We have been moving service providers for support@21.com, so that email has been down the last week or so. The email should be back on Monday. I deeply apologize the inconvenience, I will do my best to solve this for you. Do not hesitate contacting me here for anything. Best regards, Thomas @21.com Thomas you se, here is the PROBLEM IN THE INDUSTRY: "We will contact the affiliate and have them stop the spam towards your number. " Do you belive that is good enough to make him stop? STOP HARASSING ME FOR F*** SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote Link to comment
CGDL Posted 30 January, 2019 Share Posted 30 January, 2019 You're allowed to pursue this legally due to EU laws. That is, vs. the affiliate. Depends on how pissed of you are though I get your frustration. From what I can tell, this is dude is just getting started. And he's really "tråkking in the salat" sorta speak. I suggest you - in a calm and polite - manner, approach Brian Ærbo Pedersen (founder of KeyAffiliates) or Christian Kjær Hansen (Chief Operating Officer) <-- The man with the big gun in the company. Their contact info is listed on keyaff dot com. Quote Link to comment
pausefisk Posted 1 February, 2019 Author Share Posted 1 February, 2019 Thank you, i will @CGDL, but i'm dissapointed neither @21.com Thomas, @FrankCasino (or is it @FrankFred Casino ?) and @VoodooCasino have bothered replying on this yet. Mabye i'm expecting too much from them, as Money rules in the end. I really don't feel they take this seriously. I know i can only pursue the affiliate legaly, and it feels wrong. The Casino's doesnt have to care, since the affiliate have to take the blame, and while this is going on, they both earn Money. So again, Money rule. My goal is to shitlist those who Accept this, both Casinos and affiliates (if that is even possible). I want People to stay away from Casinos that doesnt care about the GDPR. It's the only weapon we have to fight back, and i will. Quote Link to comment
spoton0 Posted 5 February, 2019 Share Posted 5 February, 2019 (edited) I have received spam from the same number and trough the same links. Expect @21.com Thomas, @FrankCasino @FrankFred Casino and @LeoVegas_Support to take action here. As these guys are spamming indiscriminately you can be sure they are advertising your casinos both to minors and problem-gamblers, which must be a breach of their license. Have already complained directly to keyaff.com, which has refused to take action. Edited 5 February, 2019 by spoton0 Quote Link to comment
pausefisk Posted 6 February, 2019 Author Share Posted 6 February, 2019 @spoton0 sorry to hear you're a victim aswell. Did you get any reply from keyaffiliates? I sendt them an e-mail on saturday, but i'll give them a few more days. Could you please post the repond you got, since they refuse to take action? I'd love to see how they can defend their affiliates action. As for the other Casinos, everyone except @FrankFred Casino has not been active on the forum for a while, so dont expect any reply soon. However, Frank fred has been online several times, but seems to ignore this post. You might Wonder why... Quote Link to comment

That is the biggest lie ever. Ofcourse they can do something about it. They can simply terminate this affiliate agreement, which removes the only reason why this person is sending you this spam SMS. This proves that Frank & Fred casino do not care about your rights under the GDRP regulations. It's shame. Do you have this in any written form from Frank Fred? Please if so, could you either post it here or PM me? Quote Link to comment

How cute. When I told them I never subscribed in the first place, they simply stopped answering. Wonder how much it would cost a lawyer to see that the affiliate, affiliate site and the casinos, that are paying for this, get punished. I would for sure chip in a bit. Quote Link to comment
FrankFred Casino Posted 11 February, 2019 Share Posted 11 February, 2019 Hi, Apologies for a late reply in here, but due to vacations and ICE I've been a bit Offline the last week(s). First of all, thank you for bringing this to our attention and also including the actual URLs, it makes it much easier for us to identify the partner in questions. The responsible team has been informed and will take action towards the partner. Lastly we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience. 1 Quote Link to comment

If i may ask, how much would you dare to bet, that i would never, ever again, recieve any offer from another affiliate, regarding Frank & Fred Casino, in the future? Would you be so sure you "fixed" this problem now, that IF this happens again, you will provide EVERY member on this forum (with an account), a 100€ gift, with 10x wager? I'd say this is a good challange, do you Accept it? Edited 12 February, 2019 by pausefisk Quote Link to comment

I'd say this is a good challange, do you Accept it? Hi, I appreciate the effort you put in to protect your Forum. This issue basically boils down to that somehow, these affiliates get information from people either by them signing up on Affiliate/Surveys/Dodgy Casinos or similar sites and then the Phone Number is "Out there". You can rest assured that any details provided to Frank & Fred will never be shared with a 3rd party. But once it's "Out there", these lists will be circulated by being traded or sold to other similar partners. And since it's in the individual Affiliate's interest to get "as much traffic as possible" these lists will be used for years to drive traffic to different Casinos, earning the Affiliate in question money. It's all down to money in the end. As long as it works, they will keep doing it. The problem for us is that we have 100's of partners sending us traffic, and we get more all the time. When they register with us, our Affiliate team does a due diligence, ensuring the Partners site and/or database is "clean" and up to our standards. But there is only so much we check, and it's only so much data the partner will provide us with. And in the end, we do not control the partner's Website, Database and/or Ads. They run their business and we run ours. So, to answer your question, No, I am not certain it's fixed and that this will never happen again. We can only take responsibility for that any partner found in breach of the terms will be dealt with. A general rule of thumb is to never sign up with personal details to anything that looks dodgy. Even if there's a chance to win an iPhone or such. Very few businesses on the world wide web are not looking to make money. They will earn their money somehow, and this includes spamming Casino links to a database of phone numbers. Quote Link to comment

First of all, i dont try to protect the forum, and it's sertainly not mine. I know how the internet Works. I've been online since the 90's. I know spam is impossible to stop. That is why my fight is not against the spammer (can't fight anonymous!), but against those who leads to it, in this case Casinos. The key issue is, like you said it yourselfe "It's all down to money in the end. As long as it works, they will keep doing it." I like to add: as long as this have no consequences, they will keep doing it. The Casinos has some very strict rules against us players, where e.g. a bet was played to high on a slot when playing With bonus funds, all Money will be confiscated. There is no second chance for us players. Why does the affiliate get more chances? If there was a term saying "In case offers sent to People that did not sign up or agree to receive them, account will be closed and comission confiscated immediately". I'm sure everyone would agree that this would stop the problem. You can stop this - IF YOU REALLY WANT TO. End of story. I do appreciate you replying to this post, and i hope we are working towards the same goal. Unfortunately you're not alone not having Control of Your affiliates, but i should also credit you for understanding the issue and (hopefully) wanting to do something about it. 1 Quote Link to comment

breakerrrr Posted 8 March, 2019 Share Posted 8 March, 2019 slottyvegas is the worst site ever, they spam sms every week. I have talked to live support 3! times now and told them to remove my email and phone number from their system. Every time I get the same response, bla bla bla, yes your phone number is now removed. But nothing happens and I still get these annoying sms, and btw my Account is blocked because I am self excluded. I don't know what to do now because they just won't stop sending sms I don't want to receive. Support is more than useless, the last guy asked for my phone number and confirmed me that it is now deleted from their system, yet I received another sms today.. very bad experience with this annoying casino Quote Link to comment
