asmeister Posted 8 March, 2019 Share Posted 8 March, 2019 Over the years I've tried to get numerous casinos to put their affiliates in check but most refuse to do so and for the life of me I don't understand why. I would understand if the referrer is hidden but I've provided the spammers referral number numerous times and most casinos flat out refuse to do anything about it. 2 hours ago, breakerrrr said: slottyvegas is the worst site ever, they spam sms every week. I have talked to live support 3! times now and told them to remove my email and phone number from their system. Every time I get the same response, bla bla bla, yes your phone number is now removed. But nothing happens and I still get these annoying sms, and btw my Account is blocked because I am self excluded. I don't know what to do now because they just won't stop sending sms I don't want to receive. Support is more than useless, the last guy asked for my phone number and confirmed me that it is now deleted from their system, yet I received another sms today.. very bad experience with this annoying casino the problem probably is that it's not slottyvegas sending you those adverts, it's someone else. They're probably speaking the truth. Quote Link to comment

I think its important to clerify if it's an affiliate who spams you, or the casino itselfe. Quote Link to comment
breakerrrr Posted 8 March, 2019 Share Posted 8 March, 2019 pretty sure its the casino itself since its about a deposit bonus and freespins for a new game release... I have talked to live support one last time and told the guy I want an email confirmation that they deleted me of the system... He said he will forward it to the relevant team Quote Link to comment

pausefisk Posted 22 April, 2019 Author Share Posted 22 April, 2019 So, it has been around 2 months of silence from this fu**face sh**hole di**face person, but he/she is not giving up - neither am i. This time it's Royal Panda and Mr. Green. I've notified them both via e-mail and waiting for a reply. I will post them when (or if) i get a reply. I've been in touch with nkom.no who is the norwegian authority regarding all kind of communications. They are aware of the issue, but yet have not found a solution to stop this becasue there are so many parts involved in the technical solutions for ip/telecom. I've also reported this to the consumer authority, but i don't expect them to solve it either. At the moment it seems the only one who can stop it is ourselves and the power we have as customers. We can: DO NOT sign up trough any of those link (those links are not better offers than you would get anyway) Complain to the related casino EVERY time we recieve an SMS spam - ask them how they will handle the complaint. Post the result here. Close our accounts on the related casinos if they dont take the complaint seriously Add related casinos to your "ban list". If they dont take a complaint like this seriously, how do you think they will handle any other complaint as a customer. Suggest to others to stay away from related casinos who operate with non-GDPR compliant affiliates. Let me know if you have any other suggestions! 1 Quote Link to comment

Ziexor Posted 22 April, 2019 Share Posted 22 April, 2019 Must be someone in the casinoes that can tell us the name on the spammer.. Or are they protecting the spammers? Quote Link to comment

I dont expect the casinos to give up their names, but to terminate their contract in terms of not beeing GDPR compliant. Fortunately for the Casinos the GDPR rules are weak, so they can not be held responsible for affiliate actions. Quote Link to comment

We've flagged this with the affiliate and they have taken action to stop these campaigns under Royal Panda's name. 1 Quote Link to comment

pausefisk Posted 4 October, 2019 Author Share Posted 4 October, 2019 It's been a while since last SMS spam. Hopefully my fight against this person does it harder for him/her to get affiliate deals around. This time its "greenplay casino" who's dancing with the devil. The "stopp?" link goes as usual to a goole form with no authentication or input field to enter your number. But we all know you should never confirm your number there anyway. I tried to speak to online chat at greenplay who follows standard procedure, asking for my name and number. Ofcource i will never give my number, because yes, the spammer might remove my number from this casino, but will use it next time for another SPAM offer, me verifying that i read the SMS. The only way to make this work, is not giving them my number, which means that the casino will have to shut down the affiliate completely, if they want to be GDPR complient (or work with 3rd-part who is). I asked the live chat to contact the affiliate manager, and i left my e-mail so he/she could get in touch that way, and leave a number so i can make a call and settle this with the manager, but that seemed to be out of the question. In other words, not willing to solve this matter. So, Greenplay casino is added to my banned list. I hope you guys and girls out there who is tired of the spam harassment aswell, bans this casino too. We must fight this together. Have a great spam-free day Quote Link to comment
pausefisk Posted 25 October, 2019 Author Share Posted 25 October, 2019 Latest addition to the unserious casino list is LuckyDays. I've contacted them, waiting for an answer. 2 Quote Link to comment

pausefisk Posted 4 November, 2019 Author Share Posted 4 November, 2019 So i have an update regarding Boo Casino and Lucky Days, who have responded resonable fast on this matter. I had to take a few round with Lucky Days for them to understand the big picture, but in the end a big shout-out to them both for taking actions on this affiliate. I doubt i'll stop recieveing these SMS, as i've already tried to opt-out many times before, but mabye my chances are highter when their deals are getting terminated. I have not recieved any replay from IVYaffiliates regarding Jackpot Village. It's been a week, they should be able to handle a complaint like this within a week. I see that this casino operated under the White Hat Gaming Limited - which i have only have negative view on after many complaints on any casinos operation under their license. If a casino doesnt reply on your complaint, how do you think they will handle your case as a player, if you have any issue? just sayin' Quote Link to comment
pausefisk Posted 6 December, 2019 Author Share Posted 6 December, 2019 New one today, from Playzee casino. Untill they handle this issue i urge everyone to stay away from them. HATE is for real. 2 Quote Link to comment

Let me tell you guys who get these SMS spam: You MUST complain EVERY single time you recieve these! Imagine how much time and energy every casino support team have to spend each time they get a complain, it will be like "spam" to them. When they see they use more time on complains than real customer support, they have to make a decision. one ting is for sure: it will not stop unless you act. 100% I've complained every time, and the number of SMS spam has gone down a lot, and they dont come that often. Let's fight this! ☝️ 1 Quote Link to comment
