Highroller - Speak to the Pidge

Hi Casino Grounds,

Over at Highroller we have a few new cool things that we hope to start releasing over summer. However we want to make sure we do them in the right order AND also address any issues players might have on the site. So I'm looking for a few volunteers to discuss things like:

• Feedback on new features
• Level-up Rewards
• Game selection
• Mobile/desktop navigation etc
• Payments / support

Please send me a PM if you're interested and I'll send you a few questions to get started - this will help structure things a bit as we don't want a wish list of things that are unlikely but proper feedback on how we can make the experience better for our players. Obviously we'll drop anyone who puts in the effort something for their time ?

To be honest you have probably one of the worst Loyalty Programs on the planet. 
"We at Highroller never give out loyalty bonuses to our players cause our program is one of the best already" 

If I player loose like 5.000€ in 5 hours. What will he get for being a loyal player? 2-3 level ups = about 400 coins worth like 2-4€.
What is the point with the Stinger cards? Who the hell wants 8 coins? Never seen anything more pathetic.
For people who does not know. It does take like 200 coins to get 20 freespins worth 0.1€ on Starburst. 

Compared to VeraJohn, your loyalty program is complete joke. 

The one thing positive on Highroller was the extremely fast cashout after approval. Instantly in the bank so that is one good thing.

Do you have quickspin games?

I just opened an account @highroller but have not played yet , I will play tomorow night.

If you do get the quickspin games can you have the feature to collect the tokens that give you the option to buy free spins.
