I decided to have a punt on Platin Casino again. I joined on the 30th August, played a bit, took a break and started playing again yesterday, but in total I have made £1600 in deposits since joining. I did all my ID documents on sign up and they were verified, I also did my annual salary on the source of funds page and this got verified too. Now the issue is, today I won £3k, and so I decided to withdraw winnings, I requested 2 amounts of £1k and there is £1k left in my balance, not sure why the max withdrawal is £1k a pop here, but when requesting the 2nd withdrawal of £1k I get a pop up asking to prove my source of funds and upload a bank statement showing this, so my withdrawals are now withheld until they decide to verify. Now I don't think this is right at all, they have had ample time to request this, considering Ive made £1.6k in deposits and i never got asked for it when doing those, and they also verified my annual salary when I did it on sign up so wtf? The Gambling Commission clearly state on their website that if a gambling business require more information before you can withdraw your funds, for money laundering checks etc, then they should ask promptly and not just when you want to withdraw your funds. Platin clearly aren't following this rule and I'm a bit pee'd off. Any representatives here from their casino? I signed up through Nickslots link also.

I guess it all depends on your disposable income, if you can afford to lose that money then it's understandable you'd keep playing. I think we all chase that dream hit but it may never come. I got super super lucky, but ive always played low stakes so it doesnt impact me financially and I can always hope to hit a win like I did. 14K is life changing for me, maybe not for others. I hope you win big soon, but don't keep chasing and losing all your wins, take some time out if your luck is not in.
