A week ago i chatted Turbico.com support and they said my account is fully verified. So i deposit €60 using Sofort method. I won €250. When i wanted to withdraw the sofort options wasnt "available at the moment" i was told by the chat support. So i had to choose bank transfer method wich takes 1-3 days. 20 hours later my request still was pendig and all of a sudden they wanted proof of adress in order to accept my withdraw request. Watch out! These people will do EVERYTHING to delay your payment, hoping you continue playing and loose your balance. Happened to me. I closed my account today. Done with their dirty tactics.
