  1. Anyone here who can help in that case maybe? im only getting from Palm Casino "sorry were working on your case" no communication at all... no email nothing. No one Contacted me.
  2. Hello People, Maybe i can get help here from someone. Yesterday i was playing a lot of hours on Palmslots Casino (Which i btw. found on casinogrounds). First i started to play with a 100% bonus and depositet 200€. I lost all the money and was on 0€. After wards i thought give it a shot and deposit 300 without a bonus. Which i did - it went pretty good i won arround 5500 Euro, in playing several ours. Suddendly after some hours a pop up appeared "Bonus done" suddenly all my money was gone and 800€ was left. After paniking and contacted costumer service - i got the info they will look it up and be fast. But i didnt get any answer yet and contacting the Costumer Service again told me that their not sure if i get anything of it back. So far i spendet more than 20k in a month in Palmslots - my first winnings after that got also the VIP Status. What i mentioned was after winning that much suddenly the VIP support on Whatsapp was not anymore online for me or not answering my messages at all. Do anyone can help in this situation? For me its clear that the money should not be removed.
