Been 18 days now and still they haven't sorted out why my withdrawal didn't arrive. No money yet. Really not happy with this at all. Maybe time to stop playing at videoslots. It's a shame as it is only one of two online casinos I play at.

I withdrew 4000 euro on 19th February by bank transfer (InPay). After four days of it not arriving I contacted videoslots. Then began the run around. Been contacting them everyday. I get told they are looking into it and waiting on the provider. It's now been 15 days and no result. It seems to me that it's taking a long time to sort this out. Silly me, thinking this was a one off - as I had received withdrawals through InPay before - I withdrew 220 euro Tuesday 30th March. This too has not arrived. Looks like InPay is having issues despite it being fine in the past. The time it's taking is ridiculous and frustrating. Videoslots does not really give me updates telling me what is happening despite me asking for daily updates. I just get the same response - sorry for the inconvenience. You would think missing money would be a bigger priority. It seems this type of thing - missing withdrawals and missing deposits - is happening a bit too frequently at present with videoslots.

Has anyone else had problems with InPay? - bank transfer processor used by Videoslots? I'm still waiting on my withdrawal from 19th March.

yeah mine is still being sorted. with Easter coming up I'm probably looking at late next week. Its been 14 days for me now.

I'm having the exact same issues with Videoslots. Made a bank transfer withdrawal on the 19th March. They apparently use InPay. I am contacting support once per day and getting the same response that the processor provider has not got back to them. This is pretty poor service by the processors - if this is the case. As it's been 13 days for me now, I'm pretty worried, frustrated, and annoyed. I can't understand why videoslots aren't on the phone with InPay and blasting them for taking so long. It all feeds back into their reputation - not just in being able to do fast withdrawals but actually fix issues when they arise.
