I'm having the exact same issues with Videoslots. Made a bank transfer withdrawal on the 19th March. They apparently use InPay. I am contacting support once per day and getting the same response that the processor provider has not got back to them. This is pretty poor service by the processors - if this is the case. As it's been 13 days for me now, I'm pretty worried, frustrated, and annoyed. I can't understand why videoslots aren't on the phone with InPay and blasting them for taking so long. It all feeds back into their reputation - not just in being able to do fast withdrawals but actually fix issues when they arise.
