I am now getting worried as its now been over a week . I have contacted the support multiple time one guy telling me they are waiting for a response from the provider gigadat and the next telling me they haven't had a chance to look into it and that i could possibly contact gigadat for more information . I contacted Gigadat and they informed me that there are no transaction with my name , email, or any of my information linked to it . I keep getting the same generic response of it has been forwarded to the relevant department wait for a email response .
Really wishing i would have been more patient and just did seperate e-transfer withdrawals for the total amount never an issue there .
