I've vowed to never use Genesis group casinos again, as I'm currently waiting 41 days for a withdrawal from Pelaa. I was getting the runaround from their Complaints and Risk teams, multiple requests for documents even though I'd sent in everything they needed before they requested. I've raised it with IBAS, but Pelaa have 12 weeks to make a final decision. I'll get my money as no T's and C's have been broken, bit it's still frustrating to have £400 tied up at the moment, especially as they have charged a £10 fee for the withdrawal in the first place, something I'm now fighting to get stopped.
