This should have been dealt with months and months ago. It's clearly something they do for all players - why would you play at a casino where you had no chance of ever getting a withdrawal?

If it was after the wager requirements wer met and this was cash balance then there should not be any issue, ask them when you broke these terms etc to prove to you you broke the rules, have you made a mistake somehow?
