    To further update on my case here,

    Today i receive email saying my withdrawal is approved. I expecting in coming 1-2 days to received the funds in my account as it used to be.

    I still havent receive the email for my verification approval though. But as long as withdrawal can be processed i guess everything is fine.

    Cheers to @Bob_Justspin that been helping all the time when anything stuck in JS. Thank You.

    Accounts are normally verified within 0-72h after documents are sent in, and it is normally faster when you have a pending withdrawal.

  3. Justspin is really a bad casino to my experience. 

    When my first withdrawal, they had ask all required banking documents inclusive bank details and all personal details.

    Been withdrawing for so many times and suddenly today they send in a email requesting again for more bank details and personal details.

    I really dont understand the procedure here. How many verification needed in this Casino.

    Hi Bob,

    Nice to hear from you.

    Anyhow your reply here makes me more worried about JS.

    Before your reply here, about at least 24hrs ago JS already emailed me for the documents request and i already replied within an hour. I did get a replied email from JS saying will check upon it.

    But now you are telling me JS status is still up until your side requesting documents. 

    I hope you could check on your payment team what is going on.

  6. Hmmm. I just go through comments here. 

    Waiting for my first withdrawal and payment team told me that it takes up to 72hrs to clear the withdrawal. Hopefully it wont come with verification or anything else after 72hrs. If there please inform earlier instead keep dragging it up.

    Now i still hold back for my second deposit after reading up here.
