Any way to proof? It's a bit of weird statement compared to your story. Admitting the error, this seems to be the reason u won't receive any compensation. If they detected an active bet on the section, they might actually would. Guess they only took your 1st bet in consideration (which u didn't bet on pachinko?). After the 1st malfunction they didn't review any malfunction upon it, which does make some sense. Really sucks though! 🙁

Ok, so my trusted casino Leovegas wants to operate legally and will close till 2022. Rootz and probably other casino's will put the responsibility on their players.
