For me the same promo is usually deposit $60 get $15 with 15x wager($225) so it was an actual error on their end. As for providing documents again it happens when your licence is out of date/a different bank account or CC number etc.

Their email support is terrible from my personal experiences, I found it easier to use their live chat and they are able to escalate issues to the top of the queue if you have been waiting for a while. Do you have specific reasons from them why your documents are no good?
