Day 11, still nothing. Anyone else having problems withdrawing on casinofest?

Have anyone tried to withdraw from the site? Document loaded up on sunday. A small withdraw of 1k NOK came out 12h after it was made. But now its 3 withdraw that 50K, total 150k NOK. Been almost 2 days over the 72h max time they say it will take. Last day one of the customer support guys told me this: "And I cant pomise that they will check it today or tomorrow. It depends of their workload" "So one relevant department has approved it but the other one has not. Unfortunately, this takes a little bit longer than usual." But today they cant promis it and they cant tell if it will be done. Strange.

Hi! Soooo.. I won 150k nok on the site. And are now trying to take the money out. I tried fist to take out 1k, with no problem (i have never taken money out to AstroPay before, so wanted to see how it was). That money was withdrawed 12. hours after, document uploaded but not verified as i can see. Still not accepted. This was 4 days ago. Now i've been waiting for 3 days and they have to do a security check or something before the do anything. Is this normal, or do casinos do this when its a big withdraw?

Hello CG! For over a month ago i tried to deposit 500kr to Ultra casino, and it failed. Tried one more time, and it failed. I saw that the money was taken from my bank accouny, and i contacted support. They told me to wait 5 days because the money would maybe be back on my account. 7 days later, no money on my account. I sent a mail to them with bankstatement and the to Missing deposits. And got back that they would contact the payment provider. Now over a month, after i contacted the support, this is the only answear i get: The relevant department replied that we are still waiting for the reply from the payment provider regarding your missing deposits. How long time does this usually take? Is it normal for it to take over a month?
