BetBright casino question

I emailed this to Nick and he suggested I post here to see if anybody had advice.

 

I was looking around for sign up bonuses and decided to open an account with BetBright, anyway I deposited £30 and got 100% match so had £60 (with a 50x wagering lol) to play with and ended up withdrawing £190 so was quite happy I beat the wagering, but today they have taken £80 off the withdrawal and told me that I won the money from a free £10 no deposit offer that I never even received until today.

 

I won all of the money from the 100% match that mentions nothing about a cap in the terms.  I won nothing at all from the free £10 that I used 12 hours after I requested the withdrawal.

I also just checked reviews for BetBright and almost every review is terrible, wish i would have done that before depositing.

After live chat constantly giving error pages and being ignored through email I tried contacting live help and finally got through,  they have apologised and said it was human error and have now changed it back to a £190 withdrawal.

Our finance team have to manually correct a lot of withdrawals because of the £10 Casino No Deposit bonus (the terms of which require a maximum refund of up to £100), however this is not the case for your account, and your refund was retained due to a human error. I would like to sincerely apologise - my colleagues in finance have adjusted your withdrawal request which is now again for £190, and should reach your account at the usual timeframe, which is 3-5 working days.
