Time and time again the same sneaky tactics.

When i deposited and used the 100% bonus and went down to last £20 i had a £20 spin on roulette so you cancelled my 2.8 k winnings REMEMBER that?

Let me list a number of reasons why i feel i was hard done by:#

1: On decent casinos if you load up a game that bonus funds are not allowed to be used it does not show the bonus funds when that certain game is loaded up... but royal panda does.

2: After i breached the (RULES) as you say why did you not stop me playing then?

3: i won a total of £100 on roulette then after a further 9 hours i hit the hot spot line on joker pro that paid 2k and more winnings from other games, So why confiscate my winnings a whole 24 hours later and why not only confiscate the £100.

4: On my roulette spins max on any one number was no higher than £3 so statistically i never broke the rules?

5:After 3 or 4 emails my final email read.... Dear mr burhan.k unfortunately you have breached the conditions in clause 1.7 (whatever it was) therefore your winnings have been confiscated. But as a good will gesture we will refund your £20 as that was your balance at the time you breached the rules. (Dont take the "$% out of me atleast ).

I could go on but it wont get me anywhere.

When i managed to talk to melvin on casinomiester he could not do nothing for me and so that was the end.

P.s If you would have even said.. Dear burhan.k as a good will gesture we are offering you a £500 bonus with 50x wagering attached , I would have been happy and probably lost that £500 bonus as odds are against a player who uses bonus funds. And by now i probably would have lost another 1k on top of that. But no, You guys can only make your money by scamming people.Not sure why i wrote this here but maybe someone from somewhere might see and a miracle could happen for me.
