ban online casino streamers

Recommended Posts

Its very easy to blame streamers for gambling addictions, as they are the face of gambling on you tube.  That doesn't mean that they are at fault though.  I have watched loads of streamers and never got into a position that I have become an addict.  I spend about 40 quid a month on it if I win I win if I lose I lose.  On every stream I watch they promote how to get help it was Gamban and now Gamstop to UK players.

If people just took the streams for what they are which is enjoyment then great, if you feel you have an issue then take the advice they give and stop yourself.  Everyone is their own person and if they make a mistake and spend too much then learn from it and exclude.

Never once have I ever heard any of casino grounds say anything like "always chase if you are losing", no one says that.

They all seem like an honest group as they talk about their affiliates openly and Nick even wrote a blog about it.  Gambling is always going to be a part of the world even if people don't like it so I fully endorse casino grounds as they show the positive and negative sides of gambling and at least they are a face if you need to talk to someone about anything.

It is clear that the casino streamers and fan boys are gambling addicts. The general attitude of the discussions are typical for addicts defending there behaviour.

Should streamers be banned? No not perse, they do hoever need to be fully transparant and honest about there motives. On top of that it is foremost the casino's responsibility to make people aware of the risk gambling brings. Streamers are just addicts hooked by the casino's as-well. The affiliate and bonus construction is just another tool to market casino's and keep customers returning. Streamers being the general victim of the affiliate construction.

There is only 1 possible solution. Government regulation. But why has this not happened yet? No-one knows for sure but everyone knows that the gambling industry is run by the maffia. They pull the strings. In the end it is all about money and governments earn money off the gambling industry that in turn lights your roads, and builds your cities etc. So why would they ban it? All they can do is regulate it to some extend.

Instead of discussing trying to ban streamers or gambling in general(it will never happen) i would suggest talking with the streamers about how can we inform people better about the risk they will be taking? How can they really promote responsible gambling? As what they do know is just plain bullshit. I have yet to see a streamer making people aware of the risks.

The 1 thing i would ask of any streamer reading this is: "In your rational moment. Please reflect on yourself  and on how stress and tiresome the life of a gambler is. Do you wish that on someone else if you had the choice? You have the platforms to promote, so being moral or immoral is your own choice."

Youtube is the best affiliate marketing platform! If you are good at something you can get loads of subscribers in a shord period of time.Regarding those streams  i can confidentaly tell you that people get addicted to both - streams and to gambling !Streams just destroy peoples lives in pieces thats for sure! And how do you think who watch those streams?I would say very young generatinon who havn't got money and gamblers who lost everything. For some people, it's nothing more than a fun but for the majority of others is a big push to deposit that hard earned money.  I understand that this is an affiliiate trick to attract players with some usesless bonus or 20 free £0.01 spins. For many people is enough TO REGISTER, TO WIN  and become a gambler for rest of their life! Remember, that for the last couple of years amount of gambling addicts rose to the insane amount!
My personal opinion is that gambling content should not be on Youtube at all as it's very exposed/accessible to young children! I would not wish my worst enemy to become f...d up gambler, but just imagine if your son or daughter one day becomes one of them! And only because of the fact that when they were children, they saw a spinning slot machine on the Youtube channel.
For gambling-related stuff must be set some different place!
