Playzee = a casino without withdrawal options!

Recommended Posts

Registered on Playzee a while ago through CG affiliate link. Done a couple of small deposits, and made a little profit on the last one ready to be cashed out.

And then the problems starts.. There are absolutely ZERO withdrawal options available. It`s seems that bank transfer was an option before, but not available at the moment.

I contacted live chat, and that was a experience by itself. Live chat is super slow, and the answers are short and not very good. I got told by the live chat support that the only withdrawal options available in my region (Norway) is Luxonpay and ezeewallet. But none of them are actually available to me as an withdrawal option. Since live chat was useless, I sent an email to the support in hope for a better result. Explained my case in details. The answer I got was just unbelieveable, they told me to contact live support! I gave up on that point.

On top of that I checked out the e-wallets they suggested, and none of them accepts norwegian currency. My Playzee account is in NOK, so even if luxonpay/ezeewallet accept norwegian customers it would be a hassle with fx fees and so on.

I read some reviews on Playzee and it seems pretty bad. Maybe CG should be a bit harder in their demands for a affiliate partner? I don`t know, but Playzee honestly doesnt seems like a good partner to have.. A casino that has payout issues are not trustworthy, and playzee is obviously in that category. Customer support was pretty shit aswell.

I don`t know if there is anything you can guys can do @LetsGiveItASpin , @Skylined87 but nice if you can solve this. Most casinos these days are capable of processing a bank transfer, so this should never be a problem..

Hi mate. Have you heard anything from them? I got a email from them after I posted here, but it was the same useless crap as before, so a solution doesn`t seem near..

I registred my playzee-account through CG and on the CG casinos page it says that playzee accepts bank transfer as a payment method, with Skrill, Neteller, Thrustly and other options aswell. Appearantly none of them actually work for a withdrawal..

The only "option" I got presented from them are luxonpay. A shady company that charges a 20 EUR fee for a swift transfer on top of fx fees! (But it`s still not available as a withdrawal option).

Hi! The casino is informing us that your withdrawal was paid out and that they also, through the entire process, worked to give you an alternative solution to help you withdraw.

Hi. This is not true. First of all, there is only one person from the ambassador team there who tried to help, the "normal" support and the livechat did absolutely nothing to find an alternative solution.

I suggested different payment options and we agreed on Neteller. I have just checked my account and no funds received. 24 hours since they confirmed the withdrawal. Neteller transfers are instant in my experience, so something went wrong I guess. Or they never transferred the funds as they say they did.

This issue is not resolved yet.

Update.

Got another email from support, and they admit that withdrawal got rejected. No surprise for me, as I already understood that since the transfer in this case should be instant. Money are not returned to my playzee account yet either..

So I don't know how they can claim that withdrawal was paid out when it clearly isn't.

It doesn't seem like they speak with eachother through the departments, the information I get through the regular support and the ambassador guy that emails me doesn't add up. They say different things all the time and it's very hard to communicate that way. I was told that I could use that specific withdrawal method in the future and now they suddenly say that method is not possible.

Playzee is a total mess, will never recommend them to anyone.

You do raise solid points here, Badger. This is a two-part issue where 1) your location dictates what payment methods are available, and 2) you do not want to use the suggested, available methods for withdrawals due to fees and inconvenience.

On Neteller's note, it doesn't—and has not for 7+ years—allow gambling transactions in your country of residence due to compliance with local laws and regulations. There are multiple plausible reasons for it being suggested: human error on their side, wrong country in your account details, or use of a VPN. I don't know.

Your country of residence has taken a very active approach to blocking as many gambling-related transactions as possible. Your deposit and withdrawal options are limited, regardless of where you play. However, your withdrawal can be processed, and you can receive your money if you agree to use the casino's suggested payment methods. I will ask them to speed up communications with you in this regard.

Due to your feedback, I created my own account with Playzee and other brands from White Hat Gaming. There are no withdrawal methods available. As a result, I will remove all White Hat Gaming brands from being displayed to players in your country of residence.

Paysafegroup left Norway (gambling-related, still operate in general) in december 2020, so not 7 years since they was an option, but your points are still valid. It surprised me that playzee said it would work, and that I could use neteller in the future aswell. It was obviously not true. I do not use vpn, so it's 100% a error from their side. The fact they don't have better control over withdrawal options tells me this casino should be avoided. I use revo for deposits and withdrawals "everywhere", and it works fine. Why playzee accepts revo as deposit but not withdrawal is strange, and conserning to be honest.

If i knew it was going to be so difficult to withdraw, I would never register a account there in the first place. I just assumed they could manage a bank transfer at least. I know they offer luxonpay as an option, but its a real shitty option. (80% reviews is 1 star on trustpilot).

And a other thing - The failed withdrawal was made manually, and the suggested luxonpay method must also be prosessed manually trough support. Why do it so difficult for the customer?

Many issues on playzee has nothing to do with my residency, the site itself and the support has huge room for improvement.
