IguanaBob Posted 29 February Share Posted 29 February (edited) Could you, (today before midnight) look at the Live Casino lobby for Playtech on William Hill, check the roulette tab and see if the Vegas Mega Fire Blaze Roulette thumbnail has a banner saying there's a promo on? Mine doesn't have the banner, there's no promo icon in game and I'm not being paid any promo money when the dealer announces mystery numbers but I can't work out if it's a "me" problem or a William Hill problem. William hill customer service is so dim and opaque I'vee given up trying to get any meaningful response there. This is what I'm seeing, but there should be a banner showing "bonus ends in xx:xx" on the VMFBR Could somebody check theirs for me? Edited 29 February by IguanaBob Quote Link to comment
IguanaBob Posted 2 March Author Share Posted 2 March (edited) The promo is still advertised on their main page but is still not appearing on their actual game for me at least, but I'm still not sure if it's just me or if they've screwed it globally. I'll ask again, could someone from UK/IRE before midnight tonight look at the Vegas Mega Fire Blaze Roulette thumbnail in WH's Playtech lobby and see if it has a banner advertising the promo? SNcA Posted 2 March Share Posted 2 March Do you need to be registered to check? Quote Link to comment
IguanaBob Posted 2 March Author Share Posted 2 March (edited) Yes. You need to be signed into a valid WH account, otherwise I'd just find out myself from a private window. Edited 2 March by IguanaBob Quote Link to comment
SNcA Posted 2 March Share Posted 2 March I'm sorry, I don't have an account there. Is it a WH or a network promo? If it's network I can have a look in another site. Quote Link to comment
IguanaBob Posted 2 March Author Share Posted 2 March (edited) It's William Hill only. Other Playtech casinos are doing the similar promo on the regular Fire Blaze table, but that's not good as there are so many of them the payouts are tiny. William Hill are doing it on their exclusive table, (for less actual money, but for more relative money considering the actual number of people). They just don't appear to have set it up right. SNcA Posted 2 March Share Posted 2 March By network I meant WH casinos network, like White Hat gaming, because I have an account at Mr. Green and I could've checked there, but since it is WH exclusive table you are probably right and it's only available there. Quote Link to comment
