On nov meet 7 I complete my wagering with the bonus, I deposit $65 and got $65 in bonus, after completion I managed to win 10,900 when I went to withdrawl they ask for documents, all documents uploaded and verified then I get an email stating I need to wait 3-14 days for provider to check game play, I wait the amount and everything was fine, the site claims we can do up to $400 transactions 3x a day. I get another email saying they will only process 1 $400 transaction every three days!! I try to speak to customer service in chat and they ALWAYS repeat the same thing as if I am talking to a bot! I email support and they too always reply the same thing, I’ve managed to get one $400 withdrawl completed and today I log into my account and the remaining pending transactions have been canceled! I went into chat to ask why and they said the system automatically rejects them?!?!? What the hell??? How am I supposed to withdraw if they ALWAYS CANCEL? I can’t send to speak to someone real and it seems like they are doing everything in their power to NOT pay me, this is incredibly unfair and I don’t understand why they are doing this to me. They are deliberately trying to make it impossible for me to get my winnings

If I'm reading their withdrawal T&C's correctly, then what they've done is exactly what they say.  (And the limits are terrible)

The maximum you can withdraw in 24 hours is 500 euro (or your currency equivalent) so if yours is dollars as you say above then $500, so 3x$500 would be rejected and changed to 1x$500 per day, up to a maximum of $10000/month, which is a bit of a joke in my opinion.

As for the one withdrawal every 3 days they stated, i can only assume that's a mis-type of some sort.

Hopefully you get it sorted and you get your money, even if it's $400/day, once you get it all, take it and run to a casino where you can actually withdraw a decent amount.

That's very poor cashout limits indeed, but if you are getting the money just wait. As I understand it you can request 400 every 24 hours? Just do that even if its slow and feels like forever let it take its time. I had a similair thing happen to me and I refused to toutch the balance, I only played there again after I had recieved every single cashout. Best of luck :)

Again, going by the dates and times in your screenshot, they're doing exactly what they say they do.

Albeit the one you requested on the 22nd was 18 minutes inside the 24 hour window, that's pretty horrendous if they're counting that.

The only advice i could give is to request one withdrawal every day, making sure you're not within the 24 hour window, and again, if (and hopefully when) you finally get all your money, shut your account down, run away from icebet and go to a casino that actually lets you withdraw money in reasonable amounts.
