ned911 Posted 7 November, 2023 Share Posted 7 November, 2023 Hi guys. Have had an account at Platincasino since 2018 and have played there from time to time and have never had any problems. Two weeks ago I requested a withdrawal and there were no problems either except that it says that it would take 3 to 10 days until you get the money and I thought that was a bit strange because it usually goes much faster. Now I noticed that they have changed owners and that they no longer have an MGA license but a Curacao license. I immediately became a little worried. Now it has been two weeks and money has not appeared and I have not received any confirmation of the withdrawal but when I log in to my pages the withdrawal is approved and everything looks green there. Have sent an email without any response and the live chat is suddenly no longer available as a contact. Has anyone else played there since they changed the license or has a similar experience?
