My journey on Wazamba casino.

Long time CG member here, i been following @LetsGiveItASpin - Casino Streamer long time.

So Tuesday i was checking CG site for new casino, on page one and spot 4 there is a new one Wazamba. When it was so high up on bonus and casino i should be a ok casino. So i read the review on CG site. + this is there Very popular in the last 6 hours

  • Low Withdrawal Limits = hmm.. wonder what this means?

So did make a account and did few deposits (i never use bonus anymore). Did check the withdraw limit is, for me it is 1750€ in a week. Did play few hours and was up to 400€, took 330€ to withdraw. 

Next day i come back and started playing, lost the money i had there and then canceled my withdraw. Played for a while and got a nice hit on moon p. 

Back to withdraw, i check my limit and try to withdraw 1500€ get a error message that its over my limit? So i go to live support and ask why. This is what i got answer:

The level is automatically calculated by our system, and we are not able to influence the status of any player's account manually. Your current status allows you to withdraw up to 500EUR every 24 hours, up to a maximum of 3 active withdrawal requests 

I made the withdraw (500€) to my last use deposit method. Same time I'm still with the live support, asking how long does it normally take? 

I am happy to confirm that your withdrawal is in queue for processing by our Finance Department.

We aim to process withdrawal requests in about 3 business days, from the next day that the request was made, or from the day of the last processed withdrawal.

Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. Once the withdrawal is processed, you should receive an email from the Finance Department.

So here i know this is a delay tactics from the casino site, so i ask if there is any "responsible gaming tools"?

For now, I can only suggest that you contact your bank about the possibility to set a limit for deposit on our site.

After trying few casinos from Rabidi N.V / Araxio Development N.V through Casinogrounds links, my verdict is: Not worth it. 

The casino group is not a scam  or anything but the support/live chat and withdraw issues is nothing you should have to do with a good casino. 

Seems wazamba link go removed from CG site?  Or im i just blind?
