Maltese casinos and dumb document review interpretations.

I have savings, built up from a combination of inheritance, work, and gambling winnings. I have not had a job in the last 2 years and have not claimed any benefits. Recently it has been impossible to play at several Maltese casinos (Rizk, Casumo, Madslots and some others) because their document review people will not think.

I have savings, I get interest on those savings, I can show the interest coming from those savings, and also show that the savings themselves provide a cushion. I am absolutely able to gamble safely. The savings have been in my account for so long and have been transferred between institutions so much, (seeking the higher interest rates) that it's pretty much impossible to track the ultimate source. But no, because I can't show "income" in one of several delineated areas (employment, self employment, benefits etc.) they won't accept it. This is certainly not regulations, just dumb document review teams.
