ck121212 Posted 24 July, 2023 Share Posted 24 July, 2023 Leo Vegas has locked my account with no real reason given. It started 2 months ago when I suddenly could not deposit. I contacted support and after a few weeks of chasing they told me I needed to provide id and other documents. I did so and it still didn't work. They then said I needed to provide proof my gamstop has ended, I provided the correct document and linked gamstop into the email chain and was told thanks for the info we will get back to you. It had been 2 weeks so I emailed asking what was happening to be told my account is now locked and I can't reopen it. I asked for a reason and was given a list of several potential reasons I then ask for specific reason and was emailed the same response. Any help?? No idea what to do as leo is the best casino iv had so far and would like to keep the account. Quote Link to comment
