So played alot. They have this Live Casino tournament every week and I was first place and got credited 2k for it. I played with this 2k and made 27k of it. I logged back in a few hours after and noticed they took 17k of the account.. Contacted support and they said I exceeted the max win limit which is 10k... First of all this was not a deposit bonus it was a tournament win. And second how the hell is a max win only 10k... Anyway im crying right now but 17k is alot of fucking money. And they just respond with rules are rules.. Am I really in the wrong here or are they just scamming? Quote Link to comment
