In the base game with red and white balls and multiple cascades. I attempted a cash out the same night which the system said was processing. On Wednesday I received a note from them saying that the withdrawal is declined for “further checks” I asked in the live chat for a timeline of these checks and received an answer of “no timeline can be given” As this is my first win of this magnitude I understand that some checks may need to be done but wanted to ask the community if they have experienced similar and how long it took for the casino to pay out. thanks!
